Sometimes we can push ourselves too hard and it’s good to remind yourself that we’re always doing the best we can with the resources we have.
I have found that when I push myself really hard sometimes because a mental program is running in the background that says I’m not doing enough or that I need to do more before I die. Or that I missing something and I need to keep doing to make sure that all things are taken care of and then I can rest
So it can be nice to remind yourself to be kind to yourself and to give herself spaciousness to rest and appreciate. To also organize and do with spaciousness as well and not try to stack so many things on top of each other in a short period of time to feel as though we are super human. So yes today is Sunday and typically it is the day of rest and that can be a good reminder for us to rest a little more today.
