BLESSING YOUR OWN BODY
Wake up in the morning and stretch first thing. Then go through each part of your body let it know how thankful you are. Let it know that you are grateful to be alive and grateful for the part it plays.
Imagine how grateful you’d feel if you felt a direct blessing from God. Now imagine how the different parts of your body must feel when you take the time to focus on them and give them your blessing / gratitude.
DEEP RELAXATION IS COMMUNICATING TO THE BODY ITS OKAY TO RELAX
I have found the key to the deepest relaxation is having this same ability to move awareness around to the different parts of the body, seeing your consciousness move as a white light of love and let each part of the body know it’s okay to relax. You’d be amazed at how sometimes the ‘fight or flight’ mechanism stays turned on in only specific muscle groups while others got the memo that there is no longer any reason to be alarmed.
ENTER THE WORLD WITH GREATER EASE
By going through your entire body, blessing it and relaxing it .. you’ll feel more happy and whole as you start the day. Entering the world in this state helps you experience life itself as more of the blessing that it is truly is.
