James Sunheart Youtube Contest Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility: This contest is open to individuals aged 18 years and older. Participants must have a valid YouTube account and must reside in a country where the contest complies with local laws and regulations. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of James Sunheart are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Period: The contest begins on now and ends on May 15th at 11:59 PM CST. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
3. Participants must subscribe to James Sunheart on YouTube, like and comment on the contest announcement video, and share the video on their preferred social media platform using the hashtag #JamesSunheartCostaRica. Incomplete entries will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be chosen through a random drawing among all eligible entries. The winner selection will be final and binding, with no further correspondence entertained.
5. Prize Details: The winner will receive roundtrip airfare to Costa Rica, a one-week stay at Zen Village, and an opportunity to participate in the Cora Nation or Full Potential Fund project. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any additional costs, including passport and visa fees, travel insurance, or personal expenses, are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Announcement: The winner will be announced on May 16th in a video on James Sunheart YouTube channel. The winner will also be contacted via email or direct message on the social media platform used for sharing the contest video.
7. Data Protection and Privacy: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to the collection and processing of their personal data for contest administration purposes only. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
8. Liability and Indemnification: By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless James Sunheart and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from or related to the contest. Entrants agree to indemnify James Sunheart and its affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, or losses.
9. YouTube’s Role: This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube. Participants must release YouTube from any claims related to the contest.
10. Governing Law: This contest is governed by the laws of Cora Nation, and any disputes arising from or related to the contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cora Nation.
