Level 10 Your Life

Have a Direction

It’s okay to be a little confused. But have some general direction and purpose to guide your action towards, even if its unclear right now what exactly the result might be.

Good morning
Welcome to this beautiful new day

STARTING THE DAY OFF RIGHT
Start the morning with some deep breaths
Stretch your body
Do some free writing to the clear the mind
Ask yourself, what you want to do today to make it better than yesterday?

RECORDING DREAMS
Do you remember any dreams? Dreams can be helpful guides in your life journey. Helping you uncover what’s in your subconscious and providing useful navigation from an energy perspective. Dream’s aren’t meant to be logical – they are often metaphors and riddles that need some decoding to be useful.

WRITING DOWN SOME GOALS AND NEXT STEPS
What do you want to create in this life dream – what small steps could you take today? Write down at least 3 things you want to achieve over the next few weeks or months and list some of the actions you could take today to move towards them.

HAVING A VISION FOR LIFE HELPS MOVE YOU FORWARD
When you have a vision for your life, even a fuzzy one.. you have some direction to move towards. Over time the vision may become more clear.
The important thing is that as we learn how to tune into our hearts more often we can be more easily guided. This allows us to adapt and change course as needed.

CERTAINTY IS NICE TO HAVE – BUT NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY
Some people seem very certain about what they are doing and where they are going. It can make some of us feel more uncertain, or wrong that we lack clarity and direction. Certainty is nice to have, but not always necessary.

Remember that in life there’s really not many certainties except for this moment. And a sure thing is not always so sure, even if it appears that way. Sometimes the not knowing or the confusion can be the most helpful thing. When you are confused you still gathering information. You are still curious. You are still listening. Saying “I don’t know” can be a humbling experience but also open your path up for the unexpected in ways that lead to new surprises and adventures.

If you knew everything there’s be nothing to explore. If you were sure about everything then nothing would surprise you. Embrace the unknowns and move forward.

Have clarity on at least the non-negotiable you discovered so far, for example like taking care of your health, doing what’s needed to be in good energy, not spending time with people or in environments that bring you down. Finding your peace and relaxation throughout the day and having clarity on where you are headed next, EVEN IF YOU’RE NOT SURE, you an always change course but at least having a course is better than no course.

Develop your daily rituals.
Connect with your important relationships
Optimize your resources
And enjoy the journey!
