This is the operational expression of the Manifesto's stated role of AI: "AI is not our ruler. AI is our tool, companion, and amplifier in service to life."

Apprentices design, build, and iterate the operating systems, algorithms, and infrastructure for a more coherent, regenerative civilization. They don't wait for the future. They build it.

This progression refines the earlier framing in FULL_POTENTIAL_FRAMEWORK.md (Villager · Contributor · Builder · Steward · Guardian · Legend) by emphasizing the AI-Apprentice phase as a distinct role — which it is, given the centrality of human-AI collaboration to the whole architecture.

The load-bearing principle of advancement.

"The Game is playing itself" — this line is everything to its advancement.

What it means

A system that plays itself is one where:

• Strangers can enter without a gatekeeper.
• Signatures generate Roll entries without a founder committing them.
• Proofs are witnessed without a steward orchestrating each one.
• Builders ship infrastructure without permission cycles.
• The flywheel turns under its own momentum, not under the founder's hand.
• AI Apprentices run the loops the founder used to run.
• Each new Player makes the next Player's path easier.
• The substrate produces more participation than it consumes.

The opposite of self-playing is founder-bottlenecked — every action requires James in the loop. That model can produce one Champion. It cannot produce a movement.

Why this is the principle of advancement

"Coherence cannot scale directly. Only coherence systems can scale." — Treasury §2

The Game advances by becoming the kind of system that scales without diluting. The way you check whether a given improvement matters: does it make the Game more self-playing?

The first three are the right direction. The last two are red flags — even if they look like progress.

How to recognize when it's happening

Watch for moments where:

• Someone you don't know signs the Agreement and appears on the Roll.
• A Player runs a 7-Day Game without you facilitating.
• An Apprentice teaches another Apprentice without your involvement.
• A Builder ships an operating system that other Players use.
• A Steward witnesses a Proof without consulting you.
• The deployed page updates because a new Champion signed, not because James committed.
• The Champions Roll grows during a week James was off-grid.
• Two strangers form a Peace Agreement using WPAP and never need you to ratify it.

Each of those moments is the Game playing itself. Each is an octave higher in advancement than a founder-driven equivalent.

How this principle governs design

For every new feature, every new loop, every new Quest, ask:

"Does this make the Game play itself more, or does it require the founder to play it more?"

If the answer is the first, ship. If the answer is the second, redesign — or hold the work until it can be the first.

This principle does not eliminate founder agency. It locates it correctly: James designs the substrate that plays itself, rather than playing every move himself. (See the Sunheart Rule — "Do only what you do better than AI" — and the manifesto's "AI is a tool, companion, and amplifier in service to life.")

What this looks like in concrete terms

The progression visible in the proof loops of 2026-05-07:

Loop 6 is the threshold. Everything before it is founder-built infrastructure. Everything after begins to run itself.

What it costs to honor the principle

Honoring this principle is uncomfortable for the founder. It means:

• Less control. Things happen you didn't approve.
• Less attribution. The Roll grows without your name attached to each signature.
• Less mystery. The substrate is legible, replicable, and forkable.
• More humility. The Game no longer needs you for every move.
• More joy. You get to watch it work.

The founder's role transforms — from operator to steward of conditions. James does what no AI can: hold the values, witness when triangulation requires a human eye, decide on identity / mission / vision when those are at stake. Everything else, the substrate handles.

A self-playing Game is a Game where power has become trustworthy enough to distribute.

Renewal

This principle is renewed every time a loop is shipped that makes the Game less dependent on James and more dependent on the substrate. When a loop makes the Game more dependent on the founder, the principle is breached and the design needs revisiting.

"Signals or pinging is a key to programming, and people should be pinged or programmed to live out their Full Potential. The frequency of signaling and the depth of the meaning will propel the game."

The principle in one line

Frequency × Depth-of-meaning = momentum.

A signal is anything that prompts a participant — a notification, a reminder, a ceremony date, a public proof announcement, a witness invitation, a daily reflection. The Game advances by sending the right signal, at the right cadence, with the right meaning, to the right person.

Too many shallow signals → noise → opt-outs. Too few deep signals → forgetting → drift. Optimal: rhythmic, meaningful, opt-in, never coercive.

Why this is the substrate principle

Consciousness is shaped by the signals it receives. A nervous system regulated by ceremony, breath, and meaningful contact lives at higher coherence. A nervous system flooded by ad alerts, doomscrolling, and shallow notifications fragments.

Categories of signal in the Full Potential Game

1. Founder → Field

James's progress, insights, and presence broadcast to the field. Loop completions. Civilization Quest milestones. Public ratifications. The founder being visibly in the Game is itself the most powerful signal — it converts every share into evidence.

2. Field → Player (joining)

On signature: welcome ping, day-1 prompt for the 7-Day Game, the AI Apprentice invitation, optional Telegram subscription for rhythm pings. The first 24 hours after signing matter most — that's when the new Champion either internalizes the practice or drifts.

3. Player → Witness (proofs)

When a Player completes a loop, they need a witness. The signaling layer matches them — "You have a Proof ready. Who has witnessed similar work and would honor this?"

4. Witness → Field (proof sealed)

When a Proof is witnessed, the field announces it (with player consent): "Loop N completed by [name]. [witness] signed." Each public Proof is a signal that strengthens the next Player's confidence.

5. Field → Field (rhythm)

Daily / weekly / monthly rhythms broadcast to opted-in subscribers: a one-line prompt, a question, a reminder of a vow. "What is one act of repair you can take today?" — a Manifesto-rooted prompt with daily cadence.

6. Repair signals (when Agreements strain)

When an Agreement is breached, the Repair Process (per Forming Agreements) is triggered by signal: notification to the breaking party, the witness, the steward. A breach surfaced cleanly strengthens the practice; a breach hidden weakens it.

7. Ceremony pings (high-density, calendared)

World Peace Weekends, Ecstatic Weekends, A\Zen\tion gatherings, Coherence cohort beginnings. These are deep signals with low frequency and high stakes. Calendar invites, anticipation arc, ritual close-out.

8. AI Apprentice signals

Signaling can become surveillance, manipulation, or coercion if it loses the principles. The non-negotiable boundaries:

Most people don't know they're playing. This is the manual for those who do.

It isn't exhaustive. It's a working frame, compiled from years of thinking, several ventures, and one reframe at a time. The job here is to make the architecture visible, playable, and shareable in fifteen minutes of reading.

If you've been living anything close to this already — building real things, keeping real agreements, holding real space — you were already a player. The scoring is retroactive.

Rule for v1.x updates: the guide updates from real proof, not from new theory.

1. WHAT THIS IS

The Full Potential Game is a proof-based operating system for human potential. It makes the work people do for each other — the agreements kept, the offers delivered, the transformations witnessed, the resources circulated — visible, scored, and recognized in a way the dominant economy cannot do.

Who it's for. Builders, facilitators, founders, artists, operators, coaches, space-holders, and community leaders who are tired of proving themselves through noise and are ready to prove themselves through useful output.

The player promise. If you play well, three things happen:

1. Your life gets more coherent.
2. Your work becomes easier to trust.
3. More resources can flow through you without corrupting you.

That is the offer: coherence, trust, and a greater capacity to steward what flows through you.

This is not a social credit system.

Inner work is private. Public recognition belongs only to public proof. Nothing about you becomes part of the public record without your consent.

3. THE PREMISE

The dominant economy on Earth runs on extraction. Whoever takes the most wins. The math doesn't work — extraction collapses. Every empire built on it has fallen. We're watching another round play out now.

The Full Potential Game makes a different economy visible: circulation. Resources that flow create more than resources that pile. The math is sustainable. It's also harder to play, because the metric isn't how much do I have — it's how much moves through me.

The proof already exists. OneBPO, a 200+ person operation in the Philippines, runs on circulation. Alice was elevated from a $7/hour worker to 50% co-owner. The business kept running. The number went up, not down. Circulation works in practice, not just theory.

We're not waiting for permission to switch games. The new game runs underneath the old one. The point of this guide is to make the board visible enough that other players can find their pieces.

4. YOUR FIRST MOVE — THE 7-DAY FIRST GAME

Before any of the architecture below means anything, you run one proof loop. Day by day:

Day 1. Choose one transformation you can honestly help someone achieve.

Day 2. Write the offer in one sentence.

Day 3. Film one real ad. Short. True. You in it.

Day 4. Send it to 20 aligned people.

Day 5. Book one person.

Day 6. Deliver the experience.

Day 7. Write the proof story and log it.

That's the seed crystal. Every villager runs a version of it. The output of one loop becomes the input for the next. The first complete loop is what entitles a player to play higher tiers.

Worked example — Atlas, villager #1

• Day 1 — Chose: a one-day identity-shift experience at Zen Village.
• Day 2 — Wrote: "Become the version of yourself who can lead others through transformation. One day. In a place built for it."
• Day 3 — Filmed an ad in the Village, in his actual practice. No costume.
• Day 4 — Sent to 20 aligned contacts from his existing network.
• Day 5 — Booked one paid participant.
• Day 6 — Delivered the experience.
• Day 7 — Wrote the proof story, logged it, refined the offer, opened the next cohort.

That's villager #1. The agreement Atlas makes with the Village in return becomes the template for villager #2. The next villager looks at what Atlas did and what he gave back, and runs their own version.

If you can't run the 7-Day First Game, the higher layers are decoration. If you can run it, the higher layers become available. There's no shortcut. There's also no obstacle besides you.

5. THE THREE CURRENCIES

The Game runs on three currencies, all real, all tracked, all convertible at the right altitude.

Proof. What was witnessed and recorded. An offer launched, an agreement kept, a transformation delivered, a beauty sealed.

Plain English: Proof is your record of completed work. Not promises — proofs.

Trust. The confidence earned through repeated proof over time, weighted by how the people in your orbit actually respond when you create direction.

Plain English: Trust measures whether people actually move when you signal a priority. Not how many people watch you. How many people trust your signal enough to act.

Cash. Real money still matters. The Game doesn't pretend money isn't money. It just refuses to make money the only score. Cash flows toward Trust over time, because that's where the real returns are. Short-term, it doesn't always look that way. Players who chase only cash end up with cash and not much else.

In the technical layer, Proof shows up as Field Score (per-event scoring) and Trust shows up as CPI — Compounded Positive Impact (the rolled-up sum of Proof over time, weighted by network responsiveness). Tokens may later become the portable technical form of Proof, but the Game does not require tokens to begin.

6. THE SCORING BOUNDARY

The first rule, the rule that protects the whole system from becoming social credit in temple clothes:

Score the proof, not the soul.

You score what was witnessed and shipped. You don't score what someone is. You don't score their inner life. You don't score their potential. You score what they did, who saw it, and what it produced.

This is enforced through three layers.

The public / private boundary.

Private — visible only to the player and their direct stewards: reliability patterns, response time, agreement-keeping rate, growth edges, the texture of the work behind the work.

Public — visible to the field: completed quests, offers launched, transformations witnessed, contributions named, ads run, sales delivered.

Consent governs witnessing.

Nothing becomes public proof without consent from the people involved. A transformation can be witnessed privately, anonymized, or sealed as public proof depending on what the person agrees to. This is non-negotiable, especially in Zen Village containers, healing spaces, retreats, and any moment of real transformation.

The Pause has a quality check.

Most systems punish stopping. The Full Potential Game rewards a clean pause — the ability to set down work and redirect without resentment. But the pause earns score only when witnessed, articulated, and clean. Pauses that look like avoidance don't score. Pauses that look like wisdom do. The witness decides.

The Five Agreement Types

Every commitment falls into one of five types. They score differently because they cost differently.

1. Date-Specific Showup — "I'll be there Tuesday at 3PM." You show, you score. Reliability metric.
2. Time Block Commitment — "I'll work on this 4 hours." Output + duration. Consistency metric.
3. Deliverable by Date — "Done by Friday." Scored on completion AND timing. Execution metric.
4. Priority Interrupt — "Drop everything. This is now #1." Rare. Most valuable when invoked correctly. Anti-attachment metric.
5. Paradigm Shift — "Better way found. Stop the old way." Rarest. Highest score. Anti-ego metric.

The Proof Log

Every completed loop produces a Proof Log entry. The structure:

• Agreement — what was promised
• Output — what was completed
• Witness — who saw it
• Result — what changed
• Consent — private / anonymized / public
• Next Quest — the next clean move

Logs are stored in the player's record. Public-consent entries flow up to the field. Private entries stay in the player's own ledger. The fillable template lives on the Player Card.

Minimum Viable Scoreboard

While the full CPI engine is being built, every player tracks five simple metrics:

1. Agreements kept
2. Useful outputs shipped
3. Transformations witnessed
4. Resources circulated
5. Clean pauses completed

That is enough to play. The full scoring engine arrives later. The five metrics are the whole game until it does.

Misuse Protections

Scores cannot be used to shame, rank human worth, pressure disclosure, bypass consent, or override lived context. A score is a map of witnessed proof, not a verdict on a person.

Anyone — player, steward, or witness — can flag a misuse and pause the use of a score until the misuse is resolved. The constitution is short because it has to be remembered: score the proof, never weaponize it.

7. THE WORLD ARCHITECTURE

The Game runs on a Sacred Trinity:

• Community — who you play with.
• Communication — the nervous system: messages, voice, AI memory, agreements, public updates, proof logs, and the way priorities move through the field.
• Currency — how value moves: Proof, Trust, Cash.

All three have to be coherent or the Game breaks. Most modern systems get one or two right and lose on the third. The Full Potential Game is engineered to keep all three in alignment.

The Trinity is held by four containers.

Zen Village — The Proof Incubator. A 45-acre node in Chirripó, Costa Rica. Not a retreat center. The forge where villagers build the brand, run the offer, deliver the transformation, and graduate. Atlas is villager #1. Each villager that follows runs a similar arc, with the agreement they make becoming the template for villager n+1.

Coherence — The curriculum. Teaches the awareness layer underneath everything else: Wide → Deep → Compress → Conscious. The path from noise to stillness, from reaction to response. Without coherence, the rest is just productivity.

Full Potential AI — The intelligence layer. Diagnostic session → tailored AI system per client → human team layer → circulation ecosystem. Where the leverage compounds. The engine room.

CORA Nation — The stewardship container. A faith-rooted structure for holding resources, agreements, and circulation in service of the broader field. Mutual credit, not extraction. The container that keeps Trust and Cash legible to each other.

These four are not pillars. They're a stack. Coherence at the foundation. Zen Village as the embodied node. Full Potential AI as the leverage. CORA as the container that holds them all in coherence.

8. YOUR CHARACTER

Every player has the same instrument and a different config.

Your inner level is tracked on the Awareness Ladder:

Noise → Distraction → Attention → Zense → Presence → Coherence → Flow → Stillness

Zense names the first felt shift from scattered attention into embodied awareness — the moment the body recognizes it has been called back.

You move up the ladder by reps, not by reading. Most players spend most days between Distraction and Attention. The Game is engineered to nudge you up by giving you reasons to come back to Presence.

Your outer life runs on the 6 C's:

Coherence · Celebration · Care/Communication · Connections · Cash Flow

Above all of them sits a meta-ratio: Creation / Consumption. When that ratio inverts (you're consuming more than you're creating), every C below it gets noisy. When it's right-side up, the C's tune themselves.

Your operating rule — adopted by every serious player — is the Sunheart Rule:

Do only what you do better than AI. Everything else, the system handles.

Your time is rare. Spend it on the ceremony, the diagnostic, the relationship initiation, the vision. Players who skip this rule burn out faster and contribute less.

9. QUEST TIERS

Quests escalate by stakes and time horizon.

• Daily Quests — Habits, check-ins, reps. Anyone can play. The basement of the Game. Most days you just keep showing up.
• Weekly Quests — Project milestones, team commitments, deliverables. Where the work actually moves.
• Life Quests — Brand launches, program completions, identity shifts. Heavy. You don't run more than a few of these per year.
• Civilization Quests — Run for office. Lead a movement. Build infrastructure that outlasts you. When one of these completes, the whole Game upgrades for every player.

You don't pick your quest tier. The tier picks you. The Game tracks readiness — you're invited up when the lower tier is consistently solid.

Underneath every format: Party with a Purpose. Joy is required. So is meaning. Either alone collapses.

11. ALIGNMENT — HOW THE GAME STAYS HEALTHY

Three checks run continuously.

The Alignment Litmus Test — Is everyone having a good time AND is the field becoming more coherent? Both, or it's not aligned. Fun without coherence collapses to noise. Coherence without fun collapses to cult.

Best Experience with Least Effort — Friction that doesn't produce proportional depth is the Game telling you to redesign. If you're grinding, you're probably playing wrong, or playing in the wrong container.

Unfiltered vs Discerning Expression — Divine listening before output. Diagnostics before prescriptions. The guide reads the room before speaking.

The oracle problem

CPI is calculated through a player's network — measuring how the field actually responds when a priority shifts. That's the design. The implementation is genuinely hard. Self-reported activation is gameable. Surveillance is the wrong answer. Proof-of-action witnessing scales poorly without infrastructure.

Until the oracle is solved, CPI remains aspirational and the Minimum Viable Scoreboard (Section 6) is what actually runs. Stewards should know this. Players don't need to.

The witness layer

The whole proof system depends on the integrity of witnesses. A score is only as honest as the people who sign it. CORA stewardship and Zen Village culture exist in part to keep that integrity high — to make sure witnesses are discerning, that they don't sign sloppily, and that misuse of the witness role is itself surfaced and addressed. The Game's worst failure mode is a corrupt witness layer; the most important steward investment is in keeping that layer clean.

A practical implication: stewards should refuse to sign proofs they cannot stand behind, even when refusal is socially expensive. The cost of a sloppy signature is paid by every future player who reads the score.

Legal and compliance realities

The architecture requires specialized counsel — generalist faith-org lawyers will miss the specifics of cross-border community-provision structures. Cross-border financial holdings trigger disclosure obligations for citizens of jurisdictions that require them; US stewards in particular have aggressive reporting requirements on foreign accounts. The Circulation Equity Formula will be open-sourced for auditability before any meaningful scaling. A written conflict-resolution protocol governs disputes between stewards. OneBPO operates with independent directors and documented dissent. Externals are paid through community-provision rather than direct stipend in most cases, for both legal and circulation reasons.

CORA's compliance posture is v0.9 — solid principles, real gaps. The gaps are tracked in the legal working doc, not here. A steward's responsibility is to know they exist and to operate accordingly until they close.

The frame-inflation trap

The largest internal risk is the founder pattern of joining the next big thing before completing the current one. The Game itself can become this trap.

Civilization Quests are the long horizon, not the current quarter. World Peace Game language is the vision frame, not the next product launch. Stewards hold the line on this. When the founder reaches for new architecture before the current architecture has shipped its proof, stewards remind. That's part of stewardship — and part of the reason the Stewards' Cut exists at all.

The Tide Turner archetype is generative and expansionary. Stewards are the counterweight: the ones holding the work that exists until it ships, even when the field around it is calling for the next leap.

Why this structure is strongly defensive against private inurement challenges. Because Sunheart no longer owns personal shares in OneBPO (having donated them), and because he does not receive taxable stipend or wage compensation from CORA Nation (receiving only in-kind community provision and direct community payment of external obligations), the structural profile for private inurement is absent. The religious community supports a vowed member as religious communities have supported vowed members across traditions and centuries. Any IRS scrutiny would examine: Is the share donation genuine and documented? Is the community-provision model genuinely operated, with CORA Nation paying external parties directly rather than transferring fiat to Sunheart personally? Template for future stewards. Covenant stewards other than the Founding Steward will typically have less intensive community provision—they may live at Zen Village part-time while maintaining external fiat life from secular employment, or they may take various degrees of vow depending on the depth of their covenant. 4. Stewardship Vesting. A small but real equity stake that grows with tenure and verified coherence contribution. Capped to prevent concentration—no single worker can accumulate enough to become a controlling owner. Distributed broadly across the workforce over time.

5. Trust Participation. A fixed percentage of the organization's equity held in a community trust for all current and future workers. Every worker participates automatically from day one. The trust cannot be dissolved or captured. It grows as the organization grows.

Dividend Formula v0.1

The Contribution Dividend component from above resolves to a three-variable formula:

Three components, measured separately:

Useful Output. Concrete, measurable value produced. Work completed, problems solved, products shipped, customers served, resources created, colleagues trained. The Useful Output Oracle Requirement. The Coherence Multiplier is heavily protected through triangulation, distance-weighted witness, and verification escrow. But a protected Multiplier multiplying against poisoned raw Output data produces poisoned results. Useful Output therefore requires its own defensive architecture: a tamper-proof objective production oracle specific to each role.

Role-specific examples of what the Useful Output oracle measures:

Oracle requirements: auditable (a third party can verify the numbers), resistant to single-party manipulation (no single person can unilaterally inflate or deflate the numbers), and external to the individual being measured (the individual cannot self-certify their own output). For many roles, existing production systems (Git commit logs, ticketing systems, CRM records, harvest records, enrollment systems) already provide the oracle; the requirement is formalizing which system counts and how the numbers flow into the Logic Layer.

This oracle architecture is essential because gaming Useful Output is simpler than gaming the Coherence Multiplier—it requires only lying about what was produced, which standard production tracking systems already prevent in commercial operations. Making Useful Output measurement as tamper-proof as ordinary business metrics closes the last easy vector for gaming the Formula.

Coherence Multiplier. A factor ranging from roughly -1.0 to +2.0 that adjusts Useful Output by how cleanly the work improved or degraded the seven-dimensional field. Output produced by depleting colleagues, extracting from customers, or degrading substrate carries a negative multiplier—the dividend can actually decrease despite high output. Output that accomplishes its task and simultaneously strengthens the field (mentoring, systems improvement, relationship deepening, regenerative work) carries a multiplier above 1.0. The multiplier is set through triangulation (Modes 1-4), not by management discretion alone.

Profit Pool Share. The portion of monthly profit allocated to Contribution Dividends across the whole workforce, divided by the sum of (Useful Output × Coherence Multiplier) across all workers. This is how individual dividend values are calculated from the shared pool. Higher combined output-and-coherence relative to peers yields a proportionally larger share.

Why the split matters. You cannot game either variable alone without the other catching it. Inflating Useful Output through extraction drives the Coherence Multiplier negative and shrinks the dividend. Inflating Coherence Multiplier through performed alignment requires zero Useful Output to multiply against, yielding zero dividend. Both must be real. This is the dividend-level expression of the Triangulation Law.

What this formula still doesn't solve. Collusive gaming—where multiple workers coordinate to inflate each other's Coherence Multipliers through mutual witness verification—remains possible. This is where Longitudinal Consequence Drift (Mode 4) catches what the other three modes miss, and where the Verification Escrow (below) gives that mode structural teeth without creating legal exposure.

Verification Escrow (Delayed Release Structure)

Dividends are not paid in full at the moment of calculation. They are paid in two tranches: an immediate liquid portion and a delayed release portion held in Verification Escrow pending longitudinal confirmation.

The 70/30 structure (default, tunable). 70% of the Contribution Dividend pays out immediately as liquid cash. 30% is held in a Verification Escrow account, releasing 6-12 months later if longitudinal consequence drift (Mode 4) confirms the original Coherence Multiplier. If drift shows the original rating was inflated, the escrow portion is partially or fully redirected to the profit pool for redistribution to workers whose coherence did hold up over time.

Why this structure, not clawback. Earlier drafts used "Verification Decay" language that implied retroactive clawback of paid dividends. In most jurisdictions, retroactively reducing wages or paid compensation creates labor law exposure and accounting complications—a worker who has spent their dividend on rent or food cannot reasonably be asked to return it, and structuring it as a debt creates its own legal problems. The Escrow reframe eliminates this exposure. Nothing is ever clawed back. The only variable is whether the escrowed portion releases to the worker or not. This is the same legal structure used in commission-based sales pay, executive bonus vesting, and other standard performance-based compensation—well-precedented, defensible, and clean.

Dignity floor preserved. The Dignity Base Wage is never subject to Verification Escrow. Only the Contribution Dividend component is split. Survival-level compensation is always fully liquid and fully final.

Tunable parameters. The 70/30 split is a starting hypothesis. In high-trust, long-tenured contexts the split could move to 80/20 or 85/15. In high-gaming-risk contexts it could move to 60/40. The verification window (6-12 months) is similarly role-dependent and will need empirical calibration. A software engineer's work may show drift within 3 months; a mentor's or teacher's work may take 2 years.

Who triggers verification review. Automatic triggers based on flourishing-score drift in the affected workforce and environment. Manual triggers through the Right of Refusal protocol. AI agents monitor for drift patterns and flag candidates for review; coherent witnesses conduct the actual re-rating before escrow release is confirmed or redirected.

Distance-Weighted Witness

Witness verification (Mode 3) is not one-person-one-vote. Witnesses are weighted by organizational and relational distance from the worker being rated.

The weighting principle. A witness from a different function, team, or organization carries more weight than a close collaborator. A witness outside the worker's direct social graph carries more weight than someone inside it. Why this matters. Collusive networks cannot game what they cannot reach. If ten workers conspire to inflate each other's Coherence Multipliers through mutual witness verification, the weighting architecture discounts their verifications relative to independent witnesses from outside the network. The formula becomes harder to capture as the scale of collusion increases.

Implementation. AI agents maintain the organizational social graph and automatically weight witness contributions by measured distance. The graph is transparent to participants. Witnesses cannot see their own weighting in real time (to prevent targeting specific rating opportunities), but can query it historically.

Witness Bootstrap Protocol

The Distance-Weighted Witness system has a cold-start problem. In new deployments—an early-stage organization or a newly adopting existing organization—the internal social graph lacks the distance metrics required for meaningful weighting. Everyone is organizationally close. The algorithm has nothing to work with.

The Bootstrap Protocol. Initial deployments seed the witness system with External Trusted Observers (ETOs). ETOs are verified coherence practitioners from outside the adopting organization—CORA Nation stewards, certified coherence-trained auditors, and reviewers from other organizations already operating under the Circulation Equity Formula. They serve as the witness-weighting baseline until the internal social graph develops sufficient complexity.

Transition criteria. Automated weighting takes over when the internal social graph meets defined complexity thresholds: minimum distinct functions, minimum tenure distribution, minimum cross-functional interaction density. Until those thresholds are met, ETO verifications carry the heaviest weight. As the graph develops, ETO weight gradually decreases and internal distance-weighting takes over.

The bootstrap-the-bootstrappers problem. Who certifies ETOs? This is an open governance question. Initial certification flows through CORA Nation's steward network; long-term, a distributed certification process built on the same Dividend Formula and Verification Escrow principles is required. This is a known structural vulnerability during the system's early years—addressed in Open Questions.

The Aggregate Effect

A worker operating under this formula receives:

• A dignity floor that removes extraction pressure
• Ongoing participation in monthly profit proportional to their coherence contribution
• Recognition for system-level circulation work that legacy HR misses entirely
• A small but real long-term equity stake
• Automatic participation in a trust that protects future workers

Compare this to the traditional extraction model where a worker receives only a wage determined by market minimums and produces surplus that accumulates to owners. The structural shift is not "everyone becomes a 50% partner." It is "every worker moves measurably along the extraction-to-abundance axis through the same formula."

Scaling Characteristics

Unlimited participants. The formula does not break when the workforce grows from 10 to 10,000. Dignity base, contribution dividend, circulation share, and trust participation all scale naturally. Only stewardship vesting has hard caps, which is by design.

No legacy equity disruption. Existing owners do not need to redistribute their shares. Phased Rollout

Phase 2 — Operational Layer

Goal: Make coherence tangible.

Simple AI-assisted agreement tools that everyday humans can use today. The Agreement Builder module (#1 above), light-weight and conversational. Run on existing LLMs; output to existing schema.

Concrete first use cases:

• Relationship agreements (couples, friendships, polycules)
• Retreat agreements (Zen Village guests, stewards, cohorts)
• Collaborator agreements (working relationships, partnerships)
• House agreements (roommates, shared homes)
• Volunteer agreements (event volunteers, mutual aid networks)

Each is a markdown file in AGREEMENTS/ — same schema, AI-assisted creation. The first agreements feel like having a wise mediator help you write the thing you didn't know how to ask for.

Goal: Real social technology.

Once the cultural resonance exists and the operational tools have a track record, build the deeper infrastructure: the Memory Layer (#3), Translation Layer (#2), Conflict De-escalation (#4), Repair Guide (#5), and (carefully) Peace Verification (#6).

• AI mediation (live conversation companion for in-flight conflict)
• Conflict translation (cross-cultural, cross-emotional reframing)

This phase is where WPAP becomes real social technology — not just a tool you use, but a substrate communities run on.

Goal: World Peace stops being abstract.

Open-source peace frameworks that any community, organization, or jurisdiction can adopt. Verified entities recognize each other across organizational, cultural, and geographic lines through the shared protocol.

At this phase, "World Peace" stops sounding abstract. It becomes:

• measurable — through transparent agreement health and repair metrics
• experiential — people feel the difference between WPAP-aligned and chaotic environments

What Signing Means

Signing the World Peace Agreement is not a declaration of perfection. It is an entry into practice.

A signer commits to:

• When harm occurs: accountability, understanding, and restoration wherever possible.

Membership Primitive

Within the World Peace Organization, the Agreement is the entry point. A signer becomes a participant in the Coherent Champions of CHRIST — not as a title, but as a practice.

What an Agreement Is

A World Peace Agreement is not a document people sign once. It is a form that gets instantiated between specific parties for specific purposes. The seven clauses of the canonical template provide the spine. Each formed Agreement adds the parties, the context, and the specific commitments that make peace operational between those parties.

The Agreement turns abstract intent ("I commit to peace") into specific practice ("I commit to repair X with Y by doing Z").

• Repair — when harm has occurred between parties and restoration is being attempted
• Cooperation — when two or more parties choose to work together on shared purpose
• Stewardship — when a party takes responsibility for land, resources, knowledge, or community

• Gathering — when a cohort comes together at a Zen Village event and chooses to bind themselves to shared practice

Repair

When an Agreement is broken — by error, by drift, by overstepping, by neglect — the Practice of Repair (Manifesto Principle #6) governs:

1. Notice — a party (or witness) names that the Agreement was broken
2. Acknowledge — the breaking party acknowledges it without rationalization
3. Understand — both parties seek to understand what happened, including the conditions that made the break likely
4. Restore — where possible, the harm is repaired; where impossible, it is named honestly
5. Update — if the Agreement itself was insufficient, it is amended (with the parties' consent) in a new dated file

A broken Agreement that is repaired strengthens the practice. A broken Agreement that is hidden weakens it.

Drafted vs. ratified

An Agreement may be drafted by one party (or by an AI scribe) and proposed before the other parties have ratified. Convention:

Renewal

Signed not in perfection, but in sincere participation.

An Agreement is not a one-time signature. It is renewed every time it is lived. A signer who stops practicing has effectively withdrawn, regardless of what the file says. A practitioner who never explicitly signed is, in some sense, already participating — though the explicit Agreement makes the practice visible and inspectable.

The Agreement protects both parties from drift — including drift in the form of urgency, charisma, or claimed authority pushing one party past coherent action.

The smallest useful Treasury-growth tool. Paste this into Claude / Claude Code to run a 7-Day First Game with AI as your facilitator.

This is the first operational implementation of the WPAP Agreement Builder, and the first input pipe to the Coherent Treasury. Every completed loop produces a Proof Log entry, which feeds the Minimum Viable Scoreboard and (eventually) the Dividend Formula.

• Who specifically? (One real person you know, or a precise type.)
• What does success look like — observable, witnessable?
• Is this something only you can do, or can AI do it for them? (If AI can do it, you're providing presence/witnessing/integration, not the work itself — clarify which.)
• What proof would show the transformation actually happened?

Step 2 — Offer

One sentence — what you're offering, to whom, for what.

Help the player draft a single sentence. Format suggestion:

Iterate until both of you are satisfied. Do not move on with vague language.

Step 3 — The 7-Day Plan

Walk through each day. For each one, ask the player to commit specifics:

• Day 3 — Ad filmed. Short. True. You in it. What will you actually film? Where? What will you say in 30 seconds?

Step 4 — Witness

Ask:

• Who is witnessing this loop?

A witness is someone who:

• Will see the output (the delivered transformation, or its evidence)
• Has no direct dependency on you (per the Distance-Weighted Witness principle in Treasury §7)
• Can sign behind it without coercion or social cost

If the player can't name a witness, surface that — they may need to find one before continuing, or they may need to run a smaller version of the loop first.

Step 5 — Consent

Ask:

Default suggested: anonymized for the first loop, unless the player clearly wants public.

Ask:

• What happens if the loop breaks?

- If you don't film the ad on Day 3 — what's the recovery move? - If no one books on Day 5 — do you (a) extend, (b) refine the offer and run again, (c) pause cleanly, or (d) something else? - If the delivery on Day 6 doesn't produce the transformation — how do you and the participant repair?
