Even if there’s 99 out of 100 things you don’t agree on, finding that 1 thing you agree on as a stepping stone towards more trust and unity is key.
So how do we do this? It’s crucial to establish a set of core values that serve as a guiding light. And not just fanciful ideas, but things you are truly ready to commit to.
